Varro ("Varro," "we," "us") provides custom B2B market research reports to business customers ("you"). These terms govern your use of getvarro.io, any free sample, and any report you buy. By requesting a sample or placing an order you accept them. You must be 18 or older and using the service for business purposes.
A one-time research deliverable: a research report (delivered as a spreadsheet) covering researched US businesses: company, website, the buyer's name and job title, and a business email checked at delivery, plus draft messages for your own use and a note describing how the report was built. Delivery is by email, within 3 business days of cleared payment for Starter and 5 business days for Plus, unless we agree otherwise with you first. The free sample (about 20 contacts) is the same product in miniature and is covered by these same terms. Files include contacts at U.S. businesses and exclude contacts we identify as California-based. This is custom research, not access to a database, and not a promise of business outcomes.
When you receive a sample or buy a report, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own company's internal business use: finding and contacting potential customers for what you make. The report is yours to keep and use as long as you like. The license covers your company only.
Our files include markers that let us detect unauthorized copying or redistribution.
We provide the research; you decide how to use the report in your own business communications. You are solely responsible for using the report in compliance with all laws that apply to you and your communications, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and federal and state privacy and consumer-protection laws. Any legal responsibility arising from your use of the data is yours. We are researchers, not lawyers, and nothing we provide is legal advice.
Every contact is researched and its email checked at the time your file is built. Contact data goes stale (people change jobs, mailboxes close), so we do not warrant that any contact will remain accurate after delivery, and we do not warrant any particular bounce rate or deliverability outcome.
Our replacement policy on every order: forward any bounced emails within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace those contacts free. The same applies to contacts who have left the listed company or are clearly outside the buyer profile we agreed on. Replacement of affected rows is your sole and exclusive remedy for contact defects.
Payment is by invoice, normally by bank transfer (ACH). If a card option is offered, it is processed through an established payment processor; we never see or store card details. Charges are one-time and nothing renews. Because the file is a digital deliverable, all sales are final once it's delivered; contact defects are handled by the replacement policy above, not refunds. If we fail to deliver your file at all, you get your money back.
EXCEPT FOR THE REPLACEMENT POLICY IN SECTION 06, THE SITE, THE SAMPLE, AND EVERY FILE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REPLIES, MEETINGS, OR SALES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VARRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST BUSINESS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.
You will defend and hold Varro harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of a report, your own business communications, or your violation of law or of these terms.
If something's wrong, email hello@getvarro.io first and give us a chance to fix it; that resolves almost everything. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts there. There is no arbitration clause.
